(98) vec gsi 2.5 Air/vacuum leak

Right ok i no abit about lots if that makes sens lol. now its the 2.5 v6 gsi vec b. about a month ago i noticed a slight whistle when putting my foot about a quarter way down. this has slowly got more an more now 2day i have put a air filter on it an its whistling abnormal now lol defo got a air leak somewhere. i checked all the plenum rubbers an the seem fine. can any1 help??? its coming from were i marked on the pitcher. when i turn off the engine u can here the pressure release for about 2secends.
also don't no if this is the same problem but it has a slite juder at 1500 revs. i think thats down 2 a slite blow b4 the EGR vale tho

Its the filter itself mate. I had it when i had my 3.0 GSI with a filter fitted. Nothing to worry about just turn up the tunes

yeah bud i no the filter dos it i can here that as well. but this is a different noise now i presume its got louder coz the air is less restricted. i think i have noticed a difference in poke sens the filter went on.

Check the pipes to the filter and MAF for splits as its common for them to split.

Vinnie p. Thanks for that wud be good for sum1 who nos a lil more to have a look. Had most of the top pipes off 2 check them all an they seem fine :-/ probably the smallest lil thing that cum off or sumthink lol.
