Poorly C20LET - struggle on high boost

    Hi,

We have a slightly poorly C20Let.

Its running Phase 3.5, K26 turbo, etc..

It should be overboosting at 22psi, holding 18psi. But sadly its not.

It seems to struggle on high boost only getting to 18psi and it seems to struggle/stutter/etc..

We've changed injectors, plugs, dizzy & cap.

Looking to change fuel filter, air filter, leads.

I've also been suggested that the ecu may have dry joints.

Were due to be at the Pod tomorrow so any other suggestions?

    Cheers in advance

    Rich

if it don't scrub...... it ain't low enough!!!

is the rotor arm the right length?

    Plug gaps?

Leads could cause this, try wrapping them in insulation tape.

Its a upgraded pump but im not 100% sure what one it is, fuel pressure is 4.5bar.

Rotor arm is standard c20let from vaux so I'd presume it was all ok.

Wrap the leads in insulating tape? All of them all the way along?
