    Re: c16se turbo fuelling

i'd be looking at getting the compression down first if you'v not already sorted that,

for a start the 1.6 injectors are way too small to turbo a 1.6 and bigger 2.0 (8v type) dont fit, not sure what might fit ether but if you find out please let me know lol

    i run a 1.3 turbo that uses a 1.6 (c16se) head to lower compression to about 7.5:1

im using the 1.6 ecu and injectors along with a 5th injector (20SEH injector) that uses the old distributor system to pulse the injector, this is on a circuit that compairs boost and mixture and turns on when it see's that its gone lean on w.o.t (not the best way but im a tight ass and it worked to get 126BHP from my 1.3 that was 70bhp just for fun) with out the 5th injector it will only cope with 2-3psi boost, with it i'v ran upto 10psi

im going down the saab turbo Tionic 5,6 or 7 route as there programmable from a pc with free software

    so:
    lower compression (decompression plate)
    bigger injectors
5th injector and controller (if you don't go with EDS etc)
    rising rate fuel pressure regulator

yeah that would be an easier starting point, what size turbo are you planning? i'm using a little 1.7TD turbo and it spools up quick as owt but its only rated upto 1300cc on petrol!

    Re: c16se turbo fuelling

should be ok, i only used the diesel one as it was £10 on ebay lol

oil feed can be done by getting a T for the oil presure switch, m14 at male at one end and m14 female at the other, on the side was a 1/4bsp on mine so i just found a pipe that had the right ends, its normally used for remote pressure gauges

for the return i welded a pipe into the sump lmao
