Previously the car was starting to missfire above 4500 revs.
Having changed plugs\cap etc etc the problem still persisted, after further investgation I found thats its not a revs related problem because if I slowly increase the revs to keep the boost down the car revs fine upto 6000 revs. So ive been farting about the the actuator and have found that when the boost reaches about 0.5 bar the missfire starts I can think of only 2 reasons for this the first one is that the ECU thinks that theres too much boost and starts to cut the fuel off or the spark is being extingushed by the boost pressure.
The engine is standard Im not running at any big boost pressures, could it be as simple as the spark plug gap what should the gap be ?
Any one have suggestions
