Have had a problem for quite a while now with the gearbox being very noisy on over run. now over the summer i had the gearbox re-built, lightened flywheel, uprated clutch and housing, new thrust bearing and new clutch cable.
Now it is still noisy having taken it back to the company that re-built the gearbox they recon for the F28 its quite quiet. and have found that if you lift the clutch peddle up to its highest position on over run the noise goes away
Now what i want to know is - is this common / does anyone else suffer from this problem. Secondly does the clutch peddle have a spring tensioner that can be replaced / adjusted to automatically return the peddle to a higher rest position?
Maybe a light at the end of the expensive dark tunnel lmao lmao
