Question Como van rumble at certain rev range

Can anyone shed any light on this. Corsa combo van 1.7 1994 diesel, engine runs fine but when I accelerate through a certain rev range (no rev counter but probably about 4-5k rpm) there is a rumble. No rumble at higher or lower revs, smooth as a nut. Don't know where from, guesses could be cv joint or gearbox/drive train? Happens the same in all gears. Thanks.

Could it be something simple like a wheel bearing? Vibrating through the car

Yes, but can't understand why would this vibration happen at a certain rev range independent of the speed? Should have mentioned this, there is also alot of 'clicking' sounds when I pull off in 1st while turning hard left or right. Is this related?
