hi i have just fitted a c20let in my corsa gsi and it splutters at 4000 revs as if its got a limiter but when i play round with my vacume pipes from turbo and dumpvalve i can get it 2 run spot on with no splutter but no boost can any 1 help me and tell me which way they go plaese thanks danny.
You will need to post a pic realy as everyone pipes up slighly different .
My dump valve is piped from a t-piece on the throttle body and I don't have an amal valve .

it is just a standerd engine i took i out of the calibra but cant remember which way they went thanks

yes but my dump valve is t-piced to them as well there is 2 comes off the actuater and i from the wasegate i dont no which way they go when i swap them around the car runs fine with no sputter but no boost and when it splutters the boost is really strong then splutters at about 4000 - 6000rpm

So have you got a pipe coming from the standard re-circ ?

yeah it has.
Do away with the pipe and block it off by a screw in a very short bit of pipe . When you have time take the 4 bolts off and block the re-circ so it can't open , either a 10mm thick washer or even a piece of hose pipe .
I'd take a pipe from around the throttle body area and t-piece and join that to your dump valve
There is a technical drawing somewhere that shows what way round the pipes go to the amal valve ... can't remember , I'll try find it .
