    symtoms of porus head

    rite ive got a c20xe corsa gsi and ive noticed the coolant water is getting oil in and goin thick and muddy brown so i think its head gasket or porus head but does it sound like the rite diagnosis as the car runs fine doesnt get hot and the oil cap doesnt go creamy its like oil is getting into the water but no water gets in to the oil help as i want to no changing the head will sort the problem and its not somthing else

    sound like the head gaskets gone, get that changed and head skimmed, if the head is porus then get a by pass tube on it!! problem solved the reason why you don't have water in your oil is because the oil galleries have a higher pressure than the water galleries

    ive got a new head to go all skimmed up ready has any 1 got any pics of the by pass mod for porus heads also whats the best way to clean all the oil water gunky crap out of the water gallery,pipes,rad etc
