Where i can get a new c20ne oil pump?

Could any body tell me where i could get a new c20ne oil pump from its out of a L reg calibra and every where i have tried said they have been discontinued A which is a bummer as i have splashed out on a head gasket set, all belts, water pump ect ect i dont want to put a second hand one in as i dont want to take the chance of it not lasting! any help would be greatfull!

Have you tried Autovaux?

I would have thought they are similar or identical to C20XE/C20LET pumps as the block is the same.

Hi Nemesis i will give them a try tomorrow. i do believe the c20ne and c20xe/let oil pumps have different part numbers and look pritty much the same but do i take the risk??? thank you.

The pumps rarely fail tbh, and when they do it's usually just the relief valve sticking which is a 10 min job to change with the engine in place!

The engine has been stood around 2 years, and it had done 112000 and so i decided to put it in the corsa runs really sweet until it gets to its maximum temp just before the fan cuts in and the old nasty oil light flickers then stays on! its had 3 engine flushes through it so i no it clean inside i just thought it might be the pump getting lazy when hot.

ive used xe pump on a ne with out any problems the only differnce that i found is the oil seals are different other than that they work ok

gen vaux pump + £££££ i had a quote last year for one and i nearly died when they told me and they have to order them in aswell

best bet would be to take it apart check and clean

Hi Screamer i nearly died today aswell at £200 and i work at vauxhall! P155 take! i will see if i can find one at autovaux first if its not to dear! if not xe pump it shall be! thanks
