how many people run EBAY intercooler cores?

Been running an ebay intercooler for 2 years 2.5 Inch pipework. Absolutely no problems what so ever. When I had it Dyno'd the Operator made a comment on how well the intercooler was working. (very good inlet temps @ 1.BAR of boost from a KKK16)

The intercoolers are ok, just dont buy cheap hoses and clips. Pay the extra and get good silicone and Mikalor's, I learned that the hard way and ended up buying twice.

As above really. Intercooler was ace, pipes were ****ing crap. Most dangerously, they had big loose bits of wire dangling off all the welds internally.

8v in the white shell, going to turbo the 8v after the summer, going to start buying stuff now so i have it all ready to bolt on then map it so should be off the road too long

custon one m8 used to have a cast one a few years back its far from standard engine now not to what it used to be i made 220 on standard managment years ago dont no what it its now :0 its on megasquirt and has been for the last 4 years

yer thats where most of mine come from carnt fault them for the money last one i got and still useing cost me around £150 but it is fooking huge

what modds did you have to run standard ecu? for fueling and igntion?

ne ecu had the pistons machine to lower the c/r ( i can supply the drawings if needed ) ecocrap red injectors and duel stage fuel reg amd a t34 turbo and that would see just over 11 pis before it would det never did anything to the ignition it went well enough with out doing anything i had the engine for nearly year and half then my brother had it for a year then we sold it good engine that was but we just wanted more power so we went a lot further with them and went megasquirt sold the last duel stage reg i had end of last year but if you really wanted to do it then i would bung it on megasquirt its a lot easyer and for whta your going to pay for a reg you might as well at least you can get the fueling right and not put stupid amount through it to stop it detting

end of 2008 after i blew a berand new engine apart ( dropped 2 valves in it @100mpg at pod we had a bit of fun while we built another engine and so project ****ter was born

old scrap engine with seh pistons in it and we managed to get 22 psi through that and gas then we upped it a bit more after i cracked a piston pissing around with the launch control ( it was to agressive and the fuel cut was to harsh on the pistons ) we put a set of xe pistons in it and had 22 psi through that and we wernt happy with that we put some gas through it aswell it was ok up to around 70 ish shot but we got board with that and kept upping it till it went bang and it finally gave up at 150 shot of gas so they say the 8v`s are bomb proof but not totaly

I do, was 70notes. Needed it to be thin for space. Inner air ways are nice and big tho.
