Vauxhall Zafira GSi turbo problem!

Just had a new turbo fitted to my gsi and have a warning light which keeps coming on after it was fitted (Engine electronics,transmisson electronics). Vauxhall have changed different sensors and reset the warning light which works ok for a bit then comes back on and turbo doesnt seem to work. Vauxhall say when you rev the car you should see the turbo waste gate arm move when reving but it dosent move is this right? Because they are saying i should return to the manufactures that fitted the turbo before they carry out any more tests as i have already spent at vauxhals well over £300 pounds on differnt sensors. Any suggestions welcome, cheers

am i correct in saying that it will only move when making boost and free reving the turbo wont make enough boost to require the waste gate to operate.

did they tell you what the trouble code was

Thats correct it wastee gate arm seems to move when on drive and doesn't move when car is stationary i.e when you rev it. Which is why i think there is a problem with tubro. Also when warning light is on the turbo seems to be working but not at full as if it has a rev limiter is be used, not quiet boasting fully.

It wont move without any load on the engine.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this problem? If so I would be really interested in finding out what it was. It sounds like exactly the same problem I have. (Turbo replaced and now engine electronics light comes on when driving under any load). So far I have had all three sensors replaced and the ecu repaired/remapped but this still hasn't fixed the problem. I think the garage have run out of ideas and Vauxhall are not particularly helpful.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
