Ok, i have played and played with my airbox, drilled holes, removed resonator, done a useful cold air feed to the grill.
But....Apart from some nice induction sounds at 70mph+ when accelerating, it still tends to sound like a wet fart at idle.
Now Courtney tell me that due to its positioning, its not a good idea to use an induction kit beyond a simple panel filter, cos it would suck up heat.
Ok, i understand this part, so is there a way a cold air feed can be attached to any of the kits on the market ?
I have heard reports of the pipercross system that overcomes the heat sucking problems.
Anyone got any experience of using these, and are they any good ?
Im looking for that nice sound, and any gain on the horses i can, but its the sound im more interestded in as long as it doesnt decrease performance.
