Ive noticed recently that when i first start driving my car each day the engine and clutch are both really smooth, but as everything warms up the clutch most noticably begins to snatch as the pedal is lifted rather than the smooth pick up that it has while cold.
It is quite normal the clutch operation to be worse when warm. All the cars that I had seem to have this pattern. If it is really bad then some adjustments to the clutch cable may improve things. One reason I think the gearbox is notchy when warm is because the clutch does not fully disengage making gear changes difficult. Also the oil in the gearbox gets to thin when warm and looses some lobrication properties I think. Again here an gear box oil change can improve matters a lot. Also some gearboxes are notchy when the the car is realy cold but this only happens in the winter times.
