After spending many hours doing electrical tests and spending lots of money on new parts my injection system still does not work properly. I am therefore investigating what is involved in running twin webber's or dellorto's. I know what to do as far as the carbs and induction is concerned but what about the ignition side of things?
What dizzy do I need to use? Will I need to use a different coil etc?
Does the ecu need to be retained for some functions or can I junk it?
Wiring, whats required?
Oh, and will the injection fuel pump be okay to use with a fuel pressure regulator set to 3-4 psi? Should I change to a different type?
Any help would be appreciated.
