mk3 astra rad question - turbo clearance?

Hi wondering if any one can help me i have just brought a mk3 astra gsi that has been converted with a c20let (badly). It has a standard calibra turbo radiator and intercooler which i am removing and fitting a front mounted intercooler, just wondering if i still need to run a calibra turbo rad or now i have the room back if i can use a standard astra gsi rad or an altenative

    Re: mk3 astra rad problem

    You BOUGHT the car.

No I think it's the turbo that causes the rad to be moved back.

I've also moved this to the correct section for you.
    They're there, in their room.

i'm running the calibra rad in my astra, once you've taken the standard intercooler off you can wangle it so it so the rad sits under the front panel so its flush. im using a frontera cooler on mine. i had to cut the plastic feet off the rad because of the way the pipes run from the cooler but they wasnt doing anything any way.
