i have just fitted an F10 CR box to my Nova and have re-connected the clutch cable and set the pedal height.

When i press the pedal down, it makes a slight crunching noise and when releasing slowly it seems to catch rather than being smooth.

This occurs when the pedal is around 2/3 down. Any ideas to what the problem could be?
