I take it it needs earth, switched live, live and then will have a feed coming off it for the pump? What order do they get connected?

85 and 86 are the switch, so stick 85 to earth and 86 to your switched live feed (from the fusebox or ignition switch).
30 is your main power feed from the battery, and 87 goes to the pump.
Teeth? LUXURY! When I was a child we ate by putting rocks in our mouth and jumping up and down.
