astra start problems

im fixing a mreg astra for my sister it had a snaped cam belt so got a new one and was down on compresion on 1 cylender so stripped it down and was a bent valve so its been replaced full new head set and put back together as it only neds to last a few more month for her but now it wont start at all there is nothing hapnig at all im getting a spark its timed right have cheaked that over and over getting fuel but no poping no nothing it just turns over wen i orderd the parts we found out that its a 1.2 corsa engine 8v says 1.4 on log books tho has anyone one any ideas

Compression test ?
