will fitting a big intercooler when running low boost (9-10psi) cause a big pressure drop making my tiny turbo (saab t25) work really hard to make boost? i already have the smaller of the two universal coolers of egay and am thinking of upgrading to the larger one. thanks in advance.
I dount you'll even notice the differance mate. From bad to good cooler design and from small to large cooler size you might only be looking at dropping another 1psi.
Have you tested the drop across your current setup? I take it its styling thing as i cant see 10psi from a t25 troubling even a dinky intercooler.
thanks for clearing that up for me rs1. mine is smoking its bag of now anyway! little funcker spools like fcuk but is outa breath by 5000rpm!
