    f28 gearbox

    ive got an f28 gearbox in my 3.0 astra and its just gone what would b the best option f25 or f20 if i carn t get hold of an f28.

    F25 would be the obvious choice for an easy swap.

    Does the F25 not used a different mount?

    The F25 is the correct box for the GM V6 lumps, but if you're running an F28 i suppose it's no trouble to swap to an F20 either. Longer ratios on the F25.
