| engine swap
hiya ppl iv got a astra mk3 1.6 16v sport. does ne 1 no wether a 2L ecotec out of a vectra will go in with engine mounts out of the vectra or will i have to buy different ones? also what drive shafts would i use coz im guessin the vectra 1s would b 2 long? any help would be appreciated |

they mark 3 astra has the same engine bay just about the astra cavalier, calibra and vectrra are all the same engine bay wise so practically a straight swap nearly | |

You'll need 1.8 or bigger Mk3 Astra engine mounts and shafts. But the loom etc from any 2.0 engine will fit no problems. | |
