    How to XE stuff

Right, really getting to me now people asking the following:-

    How do I XE a MK3 Astra?
How do I XE my Corsa?

So, lets just stick some good gen in one thread and stick it some place.

Anyone got some good threads on the above?
Thinking a mod could then chop and change it in the end

    Cheers all!

    Paul

    p.s Yes, i'll do a search in a minute!

Anyone got any input into this thread then?
Looks like Corsa's are covered, so just info on Mk3 Astra's needed.

Maybe we need a guides section, when a good detailed guide is written its then put in the guide ssection and locked. Maybe have 'Guide's' as something only paid members could see thus encouraging more people to become members?

Attention: Only the GTE drive shafts have the correct number of splines, 22 to exact.

On the standard 2.0 16v you can use the CV Joints of one of the listed vehicles:

    Cavelier

Only if they have a F16 gearbox attachted to the engine.

Only problem here is the same as on my setup, the interior hot/cold radiator gets hot water force fed from the head.
Hence the air coming out is always hot
One needs a two-way type valve to allow or bypass the interior radiator water feed from the head.

Made a drawing a while ago that might help doing XE conversions....

Only hoses not included are the ICV hoses, made the drawing mainly for the cooling system...
