Who can do a porous head repair?

Where can i get this done? Ive been quoted as much as £300 and as little as £50. Whats the best way to do this? Can i just hold the tube in place with loctite?

The head will already be skimmed and fully reconditioned with all valves etc in place. I just want to send that somewhere then for it sleeving or solid tubing
