f28 into corsa and driveshaft prob

with the cable f28 does the corsa cable just clip in same as the f20?

with the electric one how hard is it to get it to work?

i heard that the equal length shafts fit the corsas so i got hold of a set i rung up to get some hubs to match and they said they dont fit as the callibra is too wide and also they wouldnt handle the power of a let?

For cable driven its the same style as the F20, however it will read only 2/3rds of the correct speed as the driver cog on the diff is different to the F20 one.

The easiest way to sort this if you have an electronic speedo is to get an astra digi dash speed sender unit and screw this onto the output of the gearbox and then get a pulse convertor off Dom on here (www.picbits.com) which with the aid of GPS will let you set up the speedo for the correct settings.

If you have no speedo output on the gearbox and no abs you will have to rig up an abs sender onto one of the hubs and use the same convertor above to sort the signal.

Speak to Dom direct as he's good at stuff like this!
