burning oil under high load usually indicates botom end like rings / crank
for stem seals all it needs to do is idle and then when u rev it will blow out oil
i would check the coolant pressure after warming up - does it blow more oil when coolant system is pressurised !
i blew a head gasket on my nova gte and it did not lose oil or water, coolant system got very pressurised and the top hose expanded, started to blow oil under pressure, then ran oki once pressure released
check the usual parts like gunk in head and underneath cam cover, gunk in coolant tank, water on dispstick
your results are a bit low - should be around 12 - 13 bar
you using new bolts ?, are the bolts torquing correctly or bottoming out ?, is there any damage to cylinder walls ?

sounds like rings i had a 250,000 mile redtop in a nova an it started smoking at high revs then got worse an worse until i was using a litre of oil every few days.
did you torque the head up right as there are 2 different length head bolts and the longer bolts in the shallower block dont torque up right. [tighten up too early]

yeah the head was torkd down rite! and i have put the head in 2 day for pressure testing so will wait and c what they say???
there is no gunk under cap filler! no water on dip stik or oil in tank!,
the cylinder walls r sweet there is no lips! the hoses either side of the rad have alot o pressure when it was runing??
