I was lifting my car from the front to do an oil change and after 30 minutes the water starting coming down. It looked like colant water because it was blue. Puting the car down the leak disapeared. Has anybody seen this before. I am suspecting the car flexed a bit when up at that put some extra forces on the radiator and made it leak. My previous radiator also went in similar fashion. Are the radiators on Mk3 Cav known to be weak?
Unfortunatelly I was lifting it from the front just under the radiator. Just underneath appears to be a metal part of the chassis and is strong enough to keep the wait of the car. I have done so a few times but may be I shouldn't.
