Looks to me they've used the donor mount and a piece of metal!

You still running power steering? think you'll need this kit mate:-

I take it you have to weld in the plate in the top right hand pic to the chassis then use this mount:- http://www.chrisastleymotorsport.com...949dbc389f1132

Any corsa boys want to confirm that?

I'm guessing if yours was a 16v and with power steering your mount setup should look like this:-

Although where that one has been welded on where the back plate has the 4 holes you should already have those holes on your chassis leg.

thanks for the help mate, but i dont really wanna start welding etc.. lol so im thinking wether i could just undo where the mount fixes into the actual block and then add sum washers? that should straighten up the engine by moving it further back right? cheers

My last sentence above mate, according to whats on the guide on vauxsport you should have the 4 hole there and already tapped that are on that mounting plate so it should al bolt on.

ah rite, got ya mate, but if you look in this pic u can see one of the tapped holes but it looks like that belt is gonna be in the way? would it work just by using a spacer on the front mount instead?

    Anything
the kit he listed above said it fits wit the multi v belts an power steering for piece of mind i would get the kit an a new mount aswell, take off the mount you have on, get it all ready to weld on the new plate to chassie leg then get a mate wit a welder to weld it on for you if you cant yourself, job done an then you know it will all be perfect. never to worry about again this way there is no faffing around wit ways that might not work. rather do it once than twice

As Mike said eddster but I don't think you'll "have" weld it if you don't want to, better if you did but wouldn't worry about it.

Hard to tell from the angle of your pic but I think you'll find it'll be ok.

Give Chris Astley a ring and tell him Simps sent you and he'll give you all the help you need

    Simon.
