    Sure its the ECU.
    You can get remanufactured ones.
Not cheap, but prob loads cheaper than Vaux.

    Hi, nice site here!

I also have a W Reg (2000) Vauxhall Vectra 1.8 Club which also has the cursed Engine Management Light on all the time. I took it to a local garage and they plugged it into their funky computer. It faulted on the MAF and Air intake temp sensor, so we replaced this. The problem is still there and the fault simply will not clear!

The car seems to run OK ish, but is a bit hesitant at times and fuel economy doesn't seem that great at the mo. I was wondering if the ECU and transponder offered on this post was just a one off or if you have any more lying about?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Many thanks,

    P

Sorry, not at the moment, later engine type. Try PM'ing Dave Marshall, I doubt he'll sell the lot you need as cheap as me, but hey, you never know unless you ask.
