could somebody tell me how the conversion is done on a porous gm head, i am doing this purely as a precautionary matter as i do not know whether the head is porous or not, i got it 2nd hand, but whilst it is off i thought i may as well do tube mod. lengh of tube and if it needs any drillings etc would help

Best bet is to take it to a place that does head and engine work and get them to check it out first. Save you a bit of money if its fine
