The 0-60 on the Cavalier Turbo is only achived by using optimistic equipment and doing 3,000rpm clutch drops.
The F28 with a standard rev limit won't hit 60 in 2nd gear so you have to do another gear change.
The MR2 will do 70 in 2nd.
A 2WD cavalier Turbo would have trouble breaking 7 second to 60, it feels faster because you don't normally do 3,000rpm take offs all the time.
I have no doubt the MR2 would win, even if he fudges it a bit he'll still win.
The Cav Turbo will just clear 60 (60.6) at the rev limit of 6800 in 2nd
