As some of you know I am in the process of removing the TBs from my Astra and going back to the original setup.
There are two connectors on the original inlet manifold that I'm not sure what they are for. Looking from the front of the car they are on the left had side under where the MAF would be. They look like something to do with the water system. I think one goes back to the header tank but not sure about the other???
There are also two connections on the front of the manifold. One is the vacuum for the fuel pressure regulator but not sure what the other is for.
Has anyone got a picture of the 20XE engine bay without the SFI box fitted. It would be very useful to have something to reference.
i have a pic, but at the moment my hosting is down so i cant post the pic.
the stubs on the front of the throttle body are the recipients for the large and small cam cover oil breather pipes (coming out top left of the cover) the other is the fuel pressure regulator vacuum feed.
I already have the two pipes from the cam cover connected.
The vacuum for the fuel pressure regulator is also connected but there is another stub right next to it which I don't know what its for. Must be Vacuum for something. Its also slightly smaller than the one for the pressure regulator.
