    AFR lambda sensor colors???

    just wondering if any1 knows wich wire out of the 3 on a c20let engine is the 1 that afr joins to and reads off

    Easy to check with a voltmeter, cant remember off hand.
    Will check at weekend when im next near a LET if you havent found out by then

    aye please m8 as says not recommended using volt meter on oxgen sensor or afr gauge lol

    theres a 3 pin connector on the bulkhead, on the side that goes down to the sensor itself you got 2 white wires and 1 black. mine is tapped into the black. which translates to the brown with blue trace on the other half (the car loom side) of the connector

    i only know this as i intend to disconnect it. its just useless flashing lights when used with the stock lambda sensor. the sensor only reads voltages for close to "stoich", and not the voltages for 12.whatever AFR on boost. so basically the guage wont show you anything useful regards the safety of your engine.

    my narrow band gague was good, as i knew i had a fuel problem on boost as it wasn't reading full rich just over stoich on boost where as before it was reading full rich. so they do work in some sense

    Thats what happened on my engine, although by then it had already melted.

    Its kind of like Ive got this great speed camera detector, its called the postman, if I go past a camera he tells me lmao
