Lads,
Just stripped my engine in my rally car and found that I have burned piston 3. Bouncing off the rev limiter too much is my conclusion. Head is fine, no damage.
The block isn't damaged.
The pistons that were in it were Karl Smith 78.9.
I was wondering what people recommend and who are the best suppliers.
I am going to change conrod bolts, head bolts and crankshaft bearing.
