I got tired punching a calculator all day and having to remember formulas for helping to decide what fuel injectors and what pressure I would need to run so that I could get a specific flowrate so I made up an Excel worksheet to help me out and I thought I would stick it up here.
1. The calculator will tell you what flowrate is expected from the SAME size fuel injectors when you increase the fuel pressure by the specified amount.
All you need is the old injector flowrate, old fuel pressure and the new fuel pressure you plan in running.
2. The 2nd part will tell you what fuel pressure you need to run in order to get the flowrate you specify using the same injectors at an increased pressure.
All thats need here is the old flowrate, old pressure and what flowrate you need. It will then calculate the pressure you need to set the fuel rail to.
I guess it can be used for anything that involves pressure really and not just fuel injectors
It will only work in Excel so apologies if you dont have Excel
