Fitted oil pressure guage the other week and promptly buggered the sender on the drive shafts counter-balance weight, anyways, got it sorted (properly) this time around and this is what I`ve found...
On cold start with about 200 mile old Magnatec 10/40 and at idle I get about 40-42 PSI and when @ operating temp at idle it sits about 30-32 PSI does this sound within tolerances???
Also to increase the oil pressure via the oil pressure release valve do I just have to insert an extra washer behind the spring??
