ATTACHING THE LOOM:
At the same point is a much longer spur, which has a two-pole blue connector on the end, and a blue single wire with a 1/4" spade terminal on. These measure the water temp. They come around the front of the block, it should be fairly obvious where they connect
If it's not, check the looming picture at the end of this section...
Splicing the 20XE loom to the Nova loom is pretty easy. The loom is virtually self-contained. The wires from the Nova loom that will need connecting to the engine are the Alternator charging light, which is Blue/Yellow on the Nova Loom. The starter motor solenoid, which is black with a red stripe ion the Nova loom. The green wire by the 20XE coil in the 20XE loom goes to the coil connection which has a blue wire going to the amplifier module. The 20XE loom requires a switched live from the nova loom. We used the black wire at the coil. Connect the black wire from the nova loom to the black wire in the 20XE loom. This will provide the switched live for the 20XE loom. Connect the green wire from the Nova loom to the Green wire in the 20XE loom. This is the tacho feed, so you may not have the green wire in the loom Connect your fuel pump positive feed to the switched Red/Blue wire from the fuel pump relay in the 20XE loom.
