You got the 20NE or 20SEH engine? Cos the 20NE is 115BHP and the 20SEH is 130BHP.
Anyway, pinking- what octane plug setting, what fuel used.
Can be caused by rotor arm/distributer cap condition, plugs, leads ECU etc
Cheers tom it's a bit crap that i'm losing quite a bit of power as the car is still going like stink on the road although i can here the lovely pinking noise it makes! i'll try out the above next pay day as i'm skint any leads and plugs you recommend?
