Hard evidence, it does not take einstien to work out, that if you put a kit which has the potential to boost std power by an extra 100 or so bhp, you need to make sure the engine can handle it...we now have a lot of tired and worn engines....which is why its good to rebuild them before releasing the full power of it...no specialised engine tuning company would whack on a 100bhp with some sort of internal engine upgrade.
You make these sweeping claims with no grounds or backed up evidence.
You make the claim here before the engine here has even had chance to cool down let alone be stripped down and investigated.
Its not a claim, its some of the potenial things that could go wrong....but no conclusive proof will occur untill the stip down
