Went to swap the plate above the filter on the turbo, with the one from the 8v GTE (as the unions are different.).
Ran into a problem, on the turbo engine, there's a pipe that goes from the front of the engine to the back (think it's oil related.) This is in the way of fitting the 8v plate at the proper angle. The only angle I can get it on at fouls the pulley. (I wouldn't even get the pulley on if I left it there).
Anyone know the solution?
