Mine was stuck for a while untill one day I was sitting at the kerb listening to music while my wife was shopping. I decided to have a go at fixing it, so I just opened the elecy window, put my hand up onto the roof, pressed down on the glass in that corner while turning the handle with the other hand, and hey presto, it worked. It still 'clicks when I open it, so something is still making it stick a touch but at least it works now,for the moment anyway.
1) Wind back the sunroof manually using the bolt under (above?) the cap just behind the cabin light. It´s sure to be tight the first time!
2) Apply a good quality grease (must be stable at low temps too!) to the runners on either end, winding the sunroof back and forth a couple of times.
3) Try the switches now. With any luck, the sunroof should be working.
4) Do some more greasing in now (a bit easier now that the motor can do its work) :-)
