Due to the size of my oil cooler and being limited as to where i can mount it. I'm just wondering how much air it should have circulating around it. If i mount it where i intend to it will be slap bang up against the front bumper, meaning only about half of the cooler will be exposed to air. I'm presuming that its a bit too large for engine capcacity as judging from the dimensions in the thinkauto catalogue its a 235 matrix with 19 rows, in comparison to the picture shown in the haynes manual for 16v's. Also does anyone know if you can get a sandwich plate with a built in thermostat for vauxhall engines, as it doesn't seem that thinkauto do one?
