I've just had a right result (in the bottom end department) in sourcing some parts to build a new 'silly' engine.
It'll have TB's and be 2.1ltr with some good (probably SBD) cams.
Anyone (gary, animal, mike etc etc etc) know about the valve train side of things?
I'm trying to figuer out whether I need to go double springs and if so when do I need to do this (cam profile...??)?
I want to keep to a hydrahlic followers, so this will probably dictate the cam profile I can have.
Also if I go double springs will I need the special titanium caps specifically for double springs on just 'normal' titanium caps? What about seats, do they need changing?
What are u guys running?
