I`ve done the breather mod but instead of drilling little holes i just removed the whole plate.
I Havent had any side effects but was just wondering if this will cause a problem in the future ??
Oil will spash out of the breather pipes and it will use loads of oil. If you are runing standard induction, this oil will the returned to your inlet manifold via the idle control valve. This would goo up the IC Valve and the inlet. This will cause loss of power and bad idle.
Your best move would be to put back the part of the plate right below where the breathers are - this will stop splashes of oil getting out. See the technical archives for more info.
