last week my water pump threw a leak.
this has now been replaced , and cambelt. leak fixed.
the problem now seems to be with the autochoke i think (pierburg 2e3)
the car starts first time in the morning but now idles very low allmost stalling. after 5 mins of driving the car idles at 1500 rpm , after 10 minutes the car still idles at about 1200 rpm. its taking nearly 20 mins of driving until the autochoke switches off leaving the idle at 1000 rpm. the choke seems to be very slow to come on and slow to switch off.
the only thing i can think of is an airlock in the bimetalic spring casing thingy.
if so how do i bleed this out. been driving on it for 4 days now and it hasnt cleared itself.
