erm off the top of my head, standard was lowest, xe cam gave 1 or 2 up and courteney cams about the same, nothing was that impressive
was all on a phase 3.5 i think, 3.5 or 3 anyway as he had the ecu swapped at the time
If you use use the XE cam on the LET with the marks spot on, you could even see a decreasein power.
I wonder why anybody would do that though, if it were better, surely the manufacturer would have kept the XE cams...
On the subject or gears, obviously mix'n'match of gears is a no-no.
Use the gears that came with your engine.
Best is to buy new bolts for the cam/gear link, because they are stretch items. Put it on the head to undo it, too. It's easy to damage the cam otherwise.
