Anybody any views on running the Frontera intercooler in series with the standard one on the Cav/Cally T?
I was just thinking, the pipework would be neater and more standard if I just ran a pipe from the turbo around the radiator, to the inlet on the Frontera IC then from the outlet of the IC in a 180 degree bend up into the standard IC inlet.
OK the flow won't exactly be great in terms of direction but due to the fact its pressurised this shouldn't be too much of an issue.
I just think its a nice easy fix.
I'm not sure if to just forget the Frontera IC and fit the Chargecooler, although somebody said the Chargecooler was only good to around 260bhp and I don't really want to limit myself to that, you never know....
Whats best, both IC's and the CC, just the Frontera IC and the CC or will the standard IC and the CC be ample, but up to what kind of bhp? Ideally I'd want to be able to go as high as possible with no engine (internal) mods. Although I have a XE inlet cam + verniers to fit sometime.
OK this thread question just expanded quite a lot, its late and I've had a few drinks....
