Anybody else noticed that the oil seems to get blinking hot when in traffic? Although a larger oil cooler wouldn't help when still, at least when moving it would be more effective than the standard one.
Anybody fitted a different one, or perhaps a fan/duct etc on the standard one?
I was thinking about just taking the standard one off, and its pipes, and replacing with a nice large one (any ideas welcome) and some proper aeroquip hoses for a nice finish. (Rather than those nasty rusty pipes on there currently).
Anybody know the threads/connections on both the standard cooler and the other end (I presume it goes into a sandwich plate on the filter mount??)
