I have a `94 corsa gsi in australia and was wondering how much the engine mounts (the rubber bits) cost in the UK. Here they cost AUS$250 for the LH or RH front one (cant remember which) and AUS$225 for the other front one new from Holden (Vauxhall). This is about i think 160 pounds for 2 peices of rubber which i think is too much.
Is there any place in London where non-OE engine mounts can be bought? Because i have a friend visiting London soon and i might get him to bring back them for me.
Also here corsas didnt come with electric windows at all so do the astra ones fit? and would wiring up the motors be all that was needed without a control box or anything?
greetings to Oz, i got a quote for three for my cav gsi and they were $140 for three but then again my car as alot bigger engine and 4x4, but £ 160 for a corsa seems a bit much, im sure a local motor factors over here can get them cheaper, i will ask for you
Also if it's not too much trouble could you be able to get the part numbers for me as well when you get the quote? They're front LH and RH for corsa gsi with power steering and air conditioning
