I have an FSE powerboost valve and now an FSE fuel pump (at the rear).
My little thought is this. My quest for chainging these bits is to increase fuel flow to the engine. The FSE fuel boost valve worled well, I timed the improvement. Hpowever, is there any point in me uprating the fuel pump as I found out today when the pump was fitted that the fuel pump has a regulator (so increasing the fuel pressure at the rear would make little or no difference)
Now, the regulator has an adjuster, but it is so covered in crap and rusted in that I am never going to be able to adjust it. Would anyone recommend
1. Taking the regulator out (it would still be regualted by the FSE power boost valve, so that wouldnt be much of a problem)
2. Replacing the fuel regulator with a standard item and adjust it accordingly
3. Find someone that does a better quality regulator.
What do you guys think?
