I have an 1.8 Sport Astra G (mk4) and when the car is warm and you sit with the engine at tickover, the engine management light comes on. I have the car for 10months and have looked through the service history reciepts and have found the car has had 3 lamda sensor / oxygen sensors on it, in the last 30,000 miles.
My brother has a scanner and theecu error is recording the lambda sensor is reading to high voltage. This looks like it has trashed another lambda sensor.
Does it look like the cat is on its way out / clogged up and it is sutting up the sensor or what.
Any help would be fantastic as i don't want to fork out the money for a new sensor if its just going to be the cat. Sooner get a competition cat.
